Terri Dautcher: Terri Dautcher has 25+ years of leadership experience in for-profit and non-profit service sector organizations, followed by 8 years as a full-time faculty member at Plymouth State University in New Hampshire. For the past 7 years she has worked as a higher education practice consultant, supporting and coaching leadership teams across a wide range of operational and structural transformations. She is a systems thinker who offers practical approaches to navigating the complexities of people and organizational processes. Terri has experience designing and delivering programs in organizational effectiveness, change management, diversity, student recruitment and retention, and implementation of margin driven strategic and operational plans.
